1. Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.
Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers.
The consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes, which can be attributed predominantly neither to its commercial nor its independent vocational activity. An entrepreneur is a natural
or legal entity or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when concluding a legal transaction in the exercise of his commercial or self-employed professional

2. Contracting party, conclusion of the contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Solumics GmbH. The
presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer,
but a non-binding online catalog. You can put our products
in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending binding orders at any time by using the correction options provided and explained for this purpose in the explained correction tools provided for this purpose in the order process. By clickingthe "Order" button you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after sending the order. When the contract with us comes into effect depends on the payment method you have

Credit card
When you place your order, you also send us your credit card details.

credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and accept your offer.

PayPal, PayPal Express

we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Klarna invoice
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-
Mail or by delivering the goods within two days.

Amazon Pay
In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the ordering process in our online store. There
you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon
and confirm the payment instruction to Amazon. Afterward, you will be
back at our online store, where you can complete the ordering process. After submitting the order, we will request Amazon to initiate the
payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail.

4. Delivery conditions/shipping
Deliveries are currently only possible to delivery addresses within the European Union. The current shipping costs for delivery can be found at https://www.solumics.com/pages/shipping-delivery.
The delivery of the order will be made exclusively by shipping.

In the case of a new shipment due to an incorrectly deposited address by the buyer, we reserve the right to claim the shipping fee in retrospect. The lump-sum amounts to 7 €. The buyer must check all information before completing the ordering process.

5. Payment
In our store, the following payment methods are available to you:

Credit card
With the submission of the order, you transmit your credit card data to us at the same time. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we request immediately your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card will be charged.

PayPal, PayPal Express

Please note that Klarna invoices are only available for consumers and
that the payment must be made to Klarna in each case.
When buying on account with Klarna you always get the goods first and you
always have a payment period of 14 days.

6. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Transport damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, so please complain about
such defects immediately to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

8. Warranty and guarantees
The legal liability for defects applies. In the case of used goods, the following shall apply: If the defect occurs after one year from
delivery of the goods, the claims for defects are excluded. Defects
and defects occurring within one year from delivery of the goods may be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods. 9. Legal right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal is mandatory for both parties. This applies primarily and from the date of delivery for 14 working days.

10. Undeliverable delivery
If your order cannot be delivered after several attempts for reasons beyond our control, it will be returned to us. In this case, we assume that you wish to withdraw from the contract, which is then automatically converted into a return debt relationship. As a consequence, we will immediately, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal, refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a shipping method other than the standard shipping method offered by us).

11. Discounts, discount codes

11.1 Discounts & Discount Codes

Usability

Each discount code can be used only once per purchase and per customer.

Only one discount code can be used per order. The combination of different discount codes is not possible. Combining bundles and discount codes is not possible.

If a discount code is applied to an already reduced offer price (larger packaging unit/bundle), the discount will be deducted from the single price. Cash payment of discount codes is not possible, nor is any other offsetting or refunding of the monetary value of a discount code. Discount codes issued to the customer are excluded from the resale, assignment is not permitted. Discount codes are valid exclusively for the Solumics online store (https://www.solumics.com).

Validity

The validity period of the discount codes is limited. The discount codes lose their validity after the date stated on the discount code. There is no possibility of renewal.

Minimum order value

A minimum order value is always mentioned in the detailed information of the respective discount code. In case of a subsequent shortfall of the minimum order value due to the return of the corresponding item, Solumics reserves the right to charge the difference between the order with a discount code and the order without a discount code. Discount codes given for a newsletter registration are valid for a minimum order value of 19,99€.

Returning items

If you make use of your right of withdrawal or if the goods are returned for any other reason, only the discounted purchase price will be refunded. There is no right to a refund of the discount code or a new discount code.

Offsetting for multiple items

If an order to which a discount code is applied consists of several items (shopping cart discount), Solumics reserves the right to allocate the discounted amount to one or proportionally to several items.

Failure to fulfill an order or delivery

In the event of non-fulfillment of the order or individual items to which the discount code is applied, there is no entitlement to a refund of the value of the discount code or entitlement to a new discount code.

Discount codes via third parties

The redemption of discount codes, vouchers, or other bonus systems from third-party providers, such as Miles&More, Paypal, PayBack, Otto.de, or Amazon, is not valid. We are not responsible for the timeliness of offers or discount codes on third-party sites.

12. Liability

The foregoing limitations and reductions in time do not apply to
claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or our
vicarious agents.

In this respect, we shall always be liable without limitation: In the event of injury to life, limb, or health, in the event of an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, in the event of warranty promises, insofar as agreed, or
insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the contracting party the contractual partner may regularly rely on, (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is the amount of liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
