The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.

4. Delivery conditions/shipping
Deliveries are currently only possible to delivery addresses within the European Union. The current shipping costs for delivery can be found at https://www.solumics.com/pages/shipping-delivery.
The delivery of the order will be made exclusively by shipping.
In the case of a new shipment due to an incorrectly deposited address by the buyer, we reserve the right to claim the shipping fee in retrospect. The lump-sum amounts to 7 €. The buyer must check all information before completing the ordering process.

6. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Transport damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, so please complain about
such defects immediately to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
8. Warranty and guarantees
The legal liability for defects applies. In the case of used goods, the following shall apply: If the defect occurs after one year from
delivery of the goods, the claims for defects are excluded. Defects

The statutory right of withdrawal is mandatory for both parties. This applies primarily and from the date of delivery for 14 working days.
10. Undeliverable delivery
If your order cannot be delivered after several attempts for reasons beyond our control, it will be returned to us. In this case, we assume that you wish to withdraw from the contract, which is then automatically converted into a return debt relationship. As a consequence, we will immediately, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal, refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a shipping method other than the standard shipping method offered by us).
11. Discounts, discount codes
11.1 Discounts & Discount Codes
Each discount code can be used only once per purchase and per customer.
Only one discount code can be used per order. The combination of different discount codes is not possible. Combining bundles and discount codes is not possible.
If a discount code is applied to an already reduced offer price (larger packaging unit/bundle), the discount will be deducted from the single price. Cash payment of discount codes is not possible, nor is any other offsetting or refunding of the monetary value of a discount code. Discount codes issued to the customer are excluded from the resale, assignment is not permitted. Discount codes are valid exclusively for the Solumics online store (https://www.solumics.com).
The validity period of the discount codes is limited. The discount codes lose their validity after the date stated on the discount code. There is no possibility of renewal.
Minimum order value
A minimum order value is always mentioned in the detailed information of the respective discount code. In case of a subsequent shortfall of the minimum order value due to the return of the corresponding item, Solumics reserves the right to charge the difference between the order with a discount code and the order without a discount code. Discount codes given for a newsletter registration are valid for a minimum order value of 19,99€.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal or if the goods are returned for any other reason, only the discounted purchase price will be refunded. There is no right to a refund of the discount code or a new discount code.
Offsetting for multiple items
If an order to which a discount code is applied consists of several items (shopping cart discount), Solumics reserves the right to allocate the discounted amount to one or proportionally to several items.
Failure to fulfill an order or delivery
In the event of non-fulfillment of the order or individual items to which the discount code is applied, there is no entitlement to a refund of the value of the discount code or entitlement to a new discount code.
Discount codes via third parties
The redemption of discount codes, vouchers, or other bonus systems from third-party providers, such as Miles&More, Paypal, PayBack, Otto.de, or Amazon, is not valid. We are not responsible for the timeliness of offers or discount codes on third-party sites.
