Warranty Policy

We can only process warranty claims for Solumics products purchased at www.solumics.com or www.kickstarter.com. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please contact them directly.


How can I make a warranty claim?

What do I need?

- Proof of purchase (order number and email)
- Pictures of the product showing the quality problems

Solumics reserves the right to deny the warranty claim if the information requested above is incomplete or illegible. If the defective product meets our warranty criteria and is returned within the warranty period (6 months), Solumics agrees to repair or replace it.

Do I have to return the damaged item?

If you wish to make a warranty claim for one of our products, we ask that you return the defective item to us at our expense. If you do not return damaged items, your warranty claim may be denied.

We ask that you wait for confirmation from our support team before proceeding with shipping.

My product was damaged upon arrival

How long is the warranty valid? 

We build our products to last for an extended period of time.

Products eligible for warranty are covered for the original owner for 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty can be extended for an additional period if specified in a campaign.

What does it not cover?

Accidental damage, malfunction or damage caused by improper use or carelessness, defects due to loss, fire, water, or natural disaster, cosmetic defects, scratches, stains, or wear and tear are not covered.

Defects or breakage due to misuse (e.g., transportation of unusual items), neglect, intentional damage, extreme temperatures, acids, water, UV degradation, improper care, etc.

Does the warranty apply if the product breaks? 

If it is broken due to our fault, yes, if it is damaged due to external factors, we cannot cover the warranty.

Can I pass the warranty to a third person? 

The warranty for Solumics products applies to the original owner or to the person who received a Solumics branded product as a gift.
